If you are new to sewing or want to freshen up some rusty skills, join Cathy as she walks you through the basics of planning a project, selecting a pattern, understanding the right stitches for your fabric, cutting efficiently, and staying organized. This is a focused lecture style class with opportunities to ask questions throughout! Bring your sewing machine to sew along during the lecture. All other class materials will be provided.
All participants will receive a swag bag, sewing supplies, and a lecture summary. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
Participants must be over the age of 18. BYOB is not allowed, sorry! Make sure your sewing machine is in good working order before your arrival.
